- Every home is different in its make and manner. Every home is different in its stage of cleanliness.
We take every precaution to prevent any type of damage to all surfaces in the home, cleaned by us or not. But we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our control and the following:
Homeowners who choose to walk onto hard surfaces or carpeted surfaces that have just been cleaned; These are sometimes wet and slippery surfaces that need hours to dry.
Use caution when doing so. We suggest waiting 24 hours before walking of re setting furniture on cleaned surfaces. Not responsible for spots or stains left after we leave.
Stains that have come back up or are re occurring on any surface.
Refunds: We do not refund payments for labor related services. Ever. We will make a reasonable attempt to remedy any problem spots at our convenience or answer any questions for you.
It is assumed that upon payment for services we have completed our service to 100% satisfaction.
If you have a problem, please try to contact us and we will make any reasonable attempt to help you. Service calls may be required and could be scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. We guarantee our work and we want to make you love the work we do.
Vouchers from outside merchants are redeemed upon appointment.
Sometimes we are as much as three weeks out.

Our equipment includes the use of a vacuum hose and high pressure water line. This requires us to travel across non cleaned surfaces from time to time, such as laminate or wood flooring. You are responsible for protecting these from any heat or water damage. We will use reasonable protection methods to insure that damage does not occur, however improperly installed flooring can sustain damage from time to time. The use of drop cloths and towels over these surfaces is strongly suggested.
We back up our work. If you are not satisfied please call us back within 24 hours. We assume that not hearing from you means we did the best job possible. Since the surface can re accumulate dirt and accidents can happen quickly on flooring surfaces, we cannot be responsible for anything that happens on your floor after we leave. If you have an accident or something doesn't look right we would be happy to fix it for you. Sometimes it is necessary for us to charge a service call fee. This fee pays the time and fuel for the technician to remedy any problems at your location. If it is found to be a problem with our service, the fee may be waived.
Cracked tile or grout is the responsibility of the homeowner. Water can penetrate these openings causing further damage below or to the existing grout system. In most cases water will cause no damage, however in the event that it does cause further cracking to grout, we cannot be held responsible.
